It's funny how I've gone from couch potato to gym rat. I am literally at the gym at least 4 or 5 days a week. And, once I'm there I have to do more than one thing. Just today I went swimming and ended up doing 2/3 mile. Then I met the instructor for the Master's class and ended up staying another hour swimming away in the class. I'm sure I got in at least a good mile and a half. Of course, the rest of the day I will smell like chlorine, but that's ok with me. It's all part of my 'incredible shrinking woman' plan.
